In the second quarter of 2024, the shooter gaming category on iOS witnessed varying performances among the top contenders. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into the download numbers, revenue, and weekly active users for these popular titles.

PUBG MOBILE maintained a steady presence with downloads fluctuating around the 700K to 900K range and weekly active users starting at approximately 15K and dipping to 14K towards the end of the quarter. Revenue peaked in early April at over $110K and saw a decline, stabilizing around $50K in the latter weeks.

Call of Duty®: Mobile experienced a similar trend in downloads, hovering around 600K to 800K, while active users gradually decreased from 18K to 14K throughout the quarter. Revenue saw a mid-quarter spike, reaching over $13K, before settling back to around $8K by June.

War Robots Multiplayer Battles showed consistent revenue figures, mostly ranging between $1K and $2K weekly. Downloads and active users saw a slight decline, with downloads staying between 100K and 160K and active users decreasing from 800 to 695 by the quarter's end.

For World of Tanks Blitz ·, revenue varied with a notable jump to over $2K in early June. Downloads remained relatively low, with numbers mostly around 70K to 90K, while active users saw a slight decline from 447 to 445 by the end of Q2.

The newest title, Call of Duty®: Warzone™ Mobile, showcased an impressive start with downloads peaking at 3.5M in the first week of April. However, this figure trended downwards to 310K by the end of June. Weekly active users mirrored this pattern, starting at 6.2K and halving to 2.1K. Revenue started at nearly $3K but also followed a downward curve, finishing at $806 in the last week of June.
